A franchise in its nature is heavily systemised in its business model. This makes it relatively easy to ‘benchmark’ (compare with similar businesses).
A further service that we can provide on request therefore is an inter franchise survey which compares the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the franchisees.
The purpose of this is to encourage a ‘Community’ to develop where tips and hints could be exchanged and franchisee results improved by better dialogue.
